Yes — you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Your existing configuration, routing rules, and CDR history are preserved. Our team will assist with any additional integration steps required by the new tier.

Is there a trial or evaluation period?

Contact our sales team to discuss an evaluation deployment. We can arrange a scoped proof-of-concept environment so you can validate the platform against your specific traffic patterns and use cases before committing.

What does the CDR export rate of 50M/min mean?

The CDR pipeline can process and export up to 50 million call detail records per minute during normal production operations, and up to 100 million records per minute during off-peak periods. This covers voice CDRs, SMS CDRs, and data session records — making it suitable for large carrier-scale deployments with billions of records per day.

Can MOBITELSMS be deployed on-premises?

Yes. All tiers can be deployed on your own infrastructure (bare metal, private cloud, or co-location). Enterprise customers can also access managed hosting options. We do not require cloud-only or SaaS-only deployment.

What protocols does the Carrier tier support?

The Carrier tier includes SS7/SIGTRAN (M3UA, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, ISUP), Diameter (Gy/Ro/Gx), SCTP, SMPP 3.4, and SIP — along with the full mobile core stack (HLR/AuC, 4G EPC, 5G SA Core). This covers all the signaling and charging protocols needed to operate as a licensed carrier or MVNO.

Is the REST API available on all tiers?

Yes. Full REST API access is included on all tiers from Starter upward. The API covers routing management, subscriber operations, billing configuration, and CDR querying. Webhook support for real-time event delivery is also included across all tiers.
